Hojicha : 4 heaping tablespoonfuls, 20g.
Genmaicha : 3 heaping tablespoonfuls, 20g.
Water : About 320cc invariably
For persons 1-3, adjust by reducing the amount of tea leaves and water. |

Warm your earthenware pot with hot water.The water should be thrown away later. |

After tea leaves are put in the pot pour 90'C of hot water into it. |

Serve after 20-30 seconds. |

Remember to pour little by little so each cup will have the same level of flavor in it. |

Compared with Sencha and Gyokuro, they have a lighter taste so good and refreshing that you would surely be making yourself another cup, especially after a meal.
