For four personss Yanagi (KawaYanagi) : 3 heaping tablespoonfuls, 15g.
Hojicha : 4 heaping tablespoonfuls, 20g.
Genmaicha : 3 heaping tablespoonfuls, 20g.
Water : About 320cc invariably

For persons 1-3, adjust by reducing the amount of tea leaves and water.
Warm your earthenware pot with hot water.The water should be thrown away later.
After tea leaves are put in the pot pour 90'C of hot water into it.

Serve after 20-30 seconds.
Remember to pour little by little so each cup will have the same level of flavor in it.


Compared with Sencha and Gyokuro, they have a lighter taste so good and refreshing that you would surely be making yourself another cup, especially after a meal.
